Commercial Contracting with HCCTX in Dallas & Fort Worth, Texas

We are excited to be busy again and working on several new projects.

1. HCC has been awarded a contract for new Stand by Generators at the Tarrant County Municipal Buildings in Ft. Worth.

2. HCC is in the final design / permitting for a new automotive shop in Haslett.

3. HCC is under construction for equipment foundations for a 60,000 sq.ft. server farm in Plano Texas.

4. HCC is under contract for a new 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Grand Prairie.

Blackwelder / Principal Experience & Current Responsibilities: Complete buy out schedule, Sub Contract Procurement, Coordinate with all owners consultants preparing all General Provisions, Special Provisions and Division One documents. Including baseline schedule in Microsoft Project format, manpower loaded and resource loaded. Three week outlook schedule. Assemble and maintain all RFI, RFP, MSDS and Submittal logs. Prepare and submit for approval G-702 & 703 for application for payments, all release of liens for both contractors and suppliers. QC program, weekly progress meeting minutes for owners.
